What I do

Currently, I serve as the Director of Operations at Pacific NW Properties, where I oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. With almost a decade of experience in the industry, I've developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what it takes to manage a successful commercial real estate business.

As one of three key members overseeing Pacific NW Properties, a privately owned commercial real estate company, I lead our operations with a focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal systems, training and maximizing the effectiveness of our people, and overseeing all administrative, accounting, financial, legal, human resources, and IT functions.

Leveraging a blend of analytical skills and a philosophical approach to ethics in business, I contribute to the sustainable growth and ethical practices within our company. My prior experience in academia has honed my ability to dissect complex problems, facilitate productive conversations, and foster an environment of continuous improvement, helping Pacific NW Properties position itself as a tent-pole in the Portland Metropolitan Area's commercial real estate landscape.
